In True Love, Viorst skillfully gives examples of a quaint and practical view of passion. The poem is aptly named true chi evokee because love does non simply imply feelings of passion, still of fondness, friendship, warmth and devotion. In the end, she knows he loves her but she still has doubts most her husbands loyalty.
